Faye is the dolphin therapist who approached me and Jean Girigori to do an art project with abused or traumatized children. I wrote the part of the art plan and Faye wrote the therapeutic part of the project.The kids had an amazing weekend. We collected trash at a nature park where the kids got to enjoy the beauty of their island, but also the sad side of the pollution of plastics caused by overconsumerism. And that all that plastic could be turned into art works they enjoyed immensely. The next day kids got to encounter with the dolphins, they were a little bit afraid in the beginning.
